DEFENDERS OF THE CHILDREN RIDING CLUB
Welcome to the Defenders of the Children Riding Club (aka: Defenders of the Children RC or DOC RC). We are dedicated to supporting abused children and their families while raising awareness about child abuse. Our organization actively engages and supports different communities (where there is a need or request) and by these actions we encourage communities to take a strong stance against all forms of child.
If you would like the Defenders to come and provide a presentation about what we do and how we may assist your organization or community, please feel free to contact us.
We invite you to explore our website for any resources you may require, free learning opportunities, and to find out about our upcoming events and discover how you can contribute to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Why DOC RC was Created?
Defenders of the Children Riding Club (DOC RC) understands the immense challenges faced by children testifying in court. If parent(s) or guardian(s) are required to testify in court, they are not allowed to be in the courtroom during their child's testimony (they may attend after the child has testified). No child should have to navigate the daunting experience of being alone in a courtroom filled with strangers. That's why DOC RC was created—Our organization is committed to providing a supportive presence for these courageous and brave young individuals during this challenging experience. By fostering relationships with them in advance, we ensure they are not alone in a courtroom filled with strangers, allowing us to stand in as their family and offer the essential comfort and support they deserve.
